He earned a Diploma in Fund Administration from the Institute of Financial Services, Malta, in partnership with the University of Manchester. This program equipped him with essential skills in accounting, transfer agency, and reconciliation. Andrew's commitment to continuous learning, combined with his comprehensive knowledge in fund administration, distinguishes him as a versatile and informed professional within the financial sector.
Ivan Fsadni
Non-Executive Director
With over 35 years in banking and finance, Ivan serves as a Non-Executive Director at iFund Solutions. He began his career at Bank of Valletta plc, later establishing his own CPA practice in 1997. Ivan then held key roles at Fimbank plc, including Group Head of Internal Audit and MLRO. In 2015, he founded Ivan Fsadni Advisory, specializing in internal audit, risk management, and compliance consultancy. A regulated professional with the MFSA, Ivan is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor, as well as a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants and a member of the Institute of Management.
Alessandro Riboldi

Alessandro is a seasoned professional renowned for his extensive experience in financial management and business development. In 2011, he co-founded TALITI Funds SICAV in Malta, marking the inception of a distinguished career. Alessandro has played pivotal directorial roles in prominent companies, including Seven Solutions SAGL and MAGISTON Funds SICAV.
Alessandro brings profound expertise in structured bond products, online trading platforms, and diverse financial instruments. His comprehensive educational journey encompasses a Master's in Corporate Communication, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Sales Techniques, Business Management, and specialised training in health finance and financial trading.
Based in Lugano, Switzerland, Alessandro remains at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the financial industry. His leadership and strategic insights continue to drive success, making him a respected figure in the world of fund administration.
Charmaine M. Martin

With over 20 years in finance, Charmaine is a seasoned professional skilled in accounting, tax, audit, and management. She commenced her career at KPMG, specialising in Corporate Tax and Audit, gaining extensive local and international audit experience. In 2004, she transitioned to the public sector with Malta Investment Management Company Limited, focusing on property management and commercialisation of government shareholdings. Since January 2020, Charmaine has held the role of Senior Executive at Capri Services Malta Limited, overseeing corporate accounting records for diverse clients. A Certified Public Accountant and Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants, Charmaine also serves as a Non-Executive Director at iFund Solutions.

She earned an MBA with Merit from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, focusing her thesis on establishing a Compliance Company in Malta. Analise holds a Diploma in Laws of Procedure from the University of Malta and a Diploma in Financial Services Operations and Compliance awarded by the MFSA. Fluent in both English and Maltese, she is well-versed in navigating the complexities of regulatory environments.
